What is OSHA focusing on, and what do the latest trends mean for Florida employers and safety professionals?
Join OSHA attorney Phillip Russell for a Florida-focused “state of the union” on OSHA. This session will examine the agency’s current enforcement priorities, regulatory and deregulatory initiatives, leadership developments, and key legal and policy updates affecting workplaces across the state.
Using the latest Florida inspection, citation, and penalty data, the program will identify enforcement trends, discuss what they may signal for the future, and highlight the issues safety professionals should have on their radar. The session will conclude with an interactive discussion, giving attendees an opportunity to share their perspectives on OSHA’s future and how the agency can more effectively advance workplace safety and health.
Attendees will leave with a better understanding of where OSHA stands today, where it may be headed tomorrow, and what those developments mean for safety professionals in Florida.
