LANCE C. BELONEY is a results-driven professional with progressive business development, operations, and manufacturing experience. He has provided executive and senior-level management and manufacturing leadership in a variety of industries. His most recent role is Senior Vice President for Business Development with SGT Global, a SAAS organization that markets advanced digital safety solutions. Here he is responsible for developing new business and markets for T-Pulse intelligent safety platform.
He has over twenty years of experience in process safety and manufacturing. He has more than thirty years of engineering and manufacturing experience in oil and gas, commercial products, automotive, and construction industries. He has experience managing regulatory compliance requirements, new acquisition assessment, including advanced safety management strategies. He has experience establishing KPIs which include Cost reduction, Safety TRIR, Overall Operational Effectiveness (OOE), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). He has extensive experience with transitioning organizations to a DATA driven environment. He’s led efforts to transition organizations to Intelligent Manufacturing environments to create the ability to harvest real-time manufacturing and safety data for real-time decision making.
Additionally, he is a regular speaker with the American Society of Safety Professionals introducing their members to the principles and practices of “intelligent safety” management. He also has experience as a manufacturing engineer with experience as an advanced product design professional, and a LEAN six sigma Green Belt practitioner.
