OSHA in 2025: Change, Continuity, and What It Means for You

  • Central Florida ASSP November Meeting
     November 3, 2025
     11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Nearly a year into the new administration, what are we actually seeing from OSHA? Is the pace of innovation and change keeping up with the buzz we’ve heard in other federal agencies?

Join us for an in-depth discussion led by Phillip Russell on what we’ve seen from OSHA in the first year of Trump 47 and what employers and safety professionals can expect moving forward, regardless of the political climate. Phillip will share insights on the current status and possible future of key regulatory initiatives, including:

  • The proposed heat illness standard

  • The walkaround rule

  • Other pending OSHA actions that could impact your workplace

In 2025, maintaining a safe workplace will remain a top priority for every employer. Phillip will outline four core strategies to help employers keep workers safe and keep OSHA away.

With more than 200 workplace fatality inspections and hundreds of other OSHA inspections under his belt, Phillip and his team have a proven track record of helping clients avoid or minimize citations. They work closely with in-house counsel, safety leaders, HR, and executives to bring calm to chaos and a plan to uncertainty. As one client put it:

“Phillip and his team gave us calm clarity with practical solutions to help our people and our business after we had a fatal accident on one of our job sites.”
