March 4, 2019 Chapter Meeting – OCSO Master Deputy Jeremy Gatzey and K9 Draco

  •  March 4, 2019
     11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Join us at the Childrens’ Safety Village and meet Orange County Sheriff’s Office Master Deputy Jeremy Gatzey and his K9 partner, Draco.  Master Deputy Gatzey will talk about the K9 unit’s mission and provide a demonstration of Draco’s abilities.  Master Deputy Gatzey has been in law enforcement for 16 years, beginning as a Corrections officer for the Department of Corrections and a part-time member of the bloodhound team.  He has been with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office since 2007 and was assigned to the northwest part of the county until 2013, when he became a K9 handler.  Draco is a 7-year old male German shepherd.

If we have favorable weather, we will meet in the outside pavilion and have a quick tour of the Village with Executive Director Brent E. Moore.  Otherwise, we will meet in the indoor classroom.  A box lunch will be provided.

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
