Just a few days later, on Sunday, June 1st, we are hosting an incredible presentation in partnership with the American Heart Association — Greater Orlando.

Oriana Cardin, MPH and Heather Maloney from the AHA will be walking us through sudden cardiac arrest awareness, Cardiac Emergency Response Plans (CERPs), and — my personal favorite part — a hands-only CPR demonstration. No prior CPR experience needed. This one is for everyone.

As safety professionals, we talk about emergency preparedness all the time. This is a chance to practice what we preach — and walk away more confident that if something happened right in front of us, we’d know what to do.

Two great events. Two chances to learn, connect, and grow together. I hope to see you at both!
