John joined the Walt Disney Company in 1992. His first role at the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts was a bus driver and was quickly promoted to serve as the Fleet Management Coordinator. John holds certifications as a CDL tester for the State of Florida, HAZMAT trainer through the US DOT Safety Institute and maintains his Commercial Driver’s License- Class A. In 2022, John became a Walt Disney Legacy
Award recipient.

John and his team, partner with leadership across business segments to advise on regulatory compliance matters while also training Cast Members concerning critical, role specific subjects. Protecting the Disney brand through stewardship and oversight, his team developed and implemented, instructor led, and computer based, driver safety training programs that have ensured safety and compliance with evolving state and federal regulations.
