He is a practical labor and employment lawyer representing businesses across construction\, staffing\, technology\, manufacturing\, banking\, and more. His work includes workplace safety and health (OSHA)\, traditional labor relations\, unfair competition and trade secrets litigation\, employment litigation defense\, and advising on workplace compliance.\n\nA nationally recognized speaker and author\, Phillip brings 25 years of legal experience.
